Movement and physical activity have always been an integral part of my life. Starting out as a young athlete whose career was brought to a standstill due to injuries, I have decided to gear my passion for movement, athleticism, and physical activity towards my education in Kinesiology and Chiropractic.
My goal is to help guide individuals to living a healthier lifestyle through movement, mindset, and nutrition coaching with an evidence based approach through patient-centered. I offer in-home sport-specific personal strength and conditioning training in the Greater Toronto Area including North York, Markham, Vaughan and Richmond Hill.
My Coaching Philosophy
Over the years, I’ve been fortunate to work as a trainer, strength coach, and wellness coach in a variety of different environments. These varied positions have afforded me with the ability to work with a wide-variety of individuals, along with building a diverse skill set to guide individuals on the path to improved health and wellness.
With every individual that I work with, my goal is to improve their self-efficacy in the tasks in which they engage to reach their own optimal health and wellness. We all come across obstacles when trying to improve our lives and through my experience and expertise I am able to help provide resources to overcome those objectives.
