My Coaching Philosophy:

I provide a high quality coaching service that is 100% client-centered. My approach considers each individual’s preferences, personality, goals, and lifestyle along with the current scientific evidence to provide the client with the strategies that become the framework from which sustainable progress is made. The success of each individual is contingent upon building client-coach rapport, developing self-efficacy, and making a healthy lifestyle enjoyable. I believe the idea of a ‘healthy lifestyle’ is different for each person and an effective plan should reflect that.

Motus Strength provides in-person physical training at our location in Erin, Ontario or train anywhere in the world with our remote personal training program.
